About the General Worker Role
The General Worker helps with activities at the processing plant. You will do tasks assigned by supervisors and management. You will help maintain productivity, support production teams and make sure the companys standards for hygiene, quality and safety are followed.

Key Responsibilities
You will do operational tasks, including:

- Following Management Instructions: You will follow instructions from supervisors, section heads and shift managers. You will complete assigned tasks on time and work according to company procedures.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues. Support fellow team members. You will work together during production maintain relationships and help achieve departmental goals.
- Workplace Hygiene and Housekeeping: You will keep the workplace clean follow hygiene procedures and support food safety standards.
- Production Support: You may also help with handling production materials moving products and preparing work areas for operations.
Minimum Requirements
