Gert Sibande TVET College: INSETA Learnerships 2026

Gert Sibande TVET College is working with the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority also known as INSETA to offer an opportunity to students who are not working. The Work Integrated Learning Programme 2026 is for students who want to get experience in the workplace. This programme will help students get the experience they need to complete their studies and get a job.

The programme is for 18 months. Students will get to work with different insurance companies in the Gert Sibande Region. They will get to learn about the insurance industry and get the skills they need to be successful. The students will also get a mentor who will guide them and help them with their work.

This programme is for students who have completed their N4 to N6 qualifications and want to get experience in the workplace. It is also for students who want to work in the insurance industry and need to get the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.

Placement Opportunities

Fields of Study

The programme is open to students who have completed their N4 to N6 qualifications in fields. These fields include Management Assistant, Human Resource Management and Financial Management.

Programme Details

Minimum Requirements

To be chosen for the programme students must meet requirements. They must be between 18 and 35 years old be an African citizen and not have a criminal record. They must also be able to speak English and be willing to work in the insurance industry.
